SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

This position is responsible for developing and managing the software process to bring to market sophisticated microprocessor based communications and/or protective relaying products. Applies in depth technical knowledge of software development, manages the design process and coordinates projects with hardware designers and R&D management.

Qualifications include BSEE or BSCS degree with a minimum of 7 years embedded product development experience. A minimum of 3 years in a software project management role in which a control of software development time cycles and budgets was exhibited. Experience with "C", "C++" and LINUX RTOS operating systems required. Must have worked in a structured software development environment and be results oriented. Familiarity with C# and .net as well as Ethernet and IP protocols like SNMP, IGMP, and MSTP is desired.

This is a Northern N.J. office based position, candidates who do not meet these qualifications or require relocation will not be considered.
